FAQ

  • A $100 deposit is required for orders of or under $500.

    50% deposit on orders over $500.

  • Payment is due upon delivery and installation. We accept MasterCard, Visa, check or cash.

  • The lessee is responsible for all equipment from time of delivery to time of pick-up.

  • Once the equipment is accepted for delivery, we can not refund any portion of the total bill.

  • Anything from backyard gatherings to major events. Big or small, we treat each event with the same professional care and attention to detail.

  • All deliveries and pick-ups are to a ground floor or lower level. Other locations are subject to an additional charge.
